Graduating from Brigham Young University in 2017 with a Bachelor’s in Construction and Facility Management, Myles offers experience in the real estate realm holding active licenses since 2015.
Growing up in Ohio, Myles spent his summers and weekends renovating the family home and working for a local contractor on commercial and residential remodeling projects. This fostered interest in real estate and investments. After high school, and between pursuits of education, he found himself spending multiple summers in sales eventually leading sales teams. He managed sells reps in Utah, Nevada, and California in both pest control and solar systems.
Missionary service for his church became a priority by serving two years in Guatemala also becoming fluent in Spanish. While completing his degree in Construction Management at Brigham Young, Myles started a branch for Axiom Properties and Development in Northern Utah managing a 30,000 SF office building in Heber City, Utah.
Upon graduation at BYU Myles left property management to do solar in Las Vegas and began looking for opportunities in Real Estate. At the end of the summer he realized that Southern Nevada the growing community he wanted to work for.
In 2017 Myles began working for LM Construction initially doing analysis on development projects and continued as an estimator on ground up commercial and industrial construction at LM Construction. In Spring 2018, Myles received his broker designation in the state of Nevada and founded Citadel Real Estate Group. His construction experience provided a base of knowledge that he could share with is clients finding space and projects for development. Myles now works full time as a commercial broker aiding clients to fulfill their real estate objectives.
