Born and raised in Las Vegas, Shaina is deeply invested in expanding opportunities within her community. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, and later combined that foundation with a legal education from Pepperdine Caruso School of Law.
Shaina began her professional career handling a wide range of legal matters, including personal injury, traffic, and DUI defense, before transitioning into commercial construction and real estate development as in-house counsel for a local general contractor and developer. Through this experience, she developed a strong understanding of complex transactions, development processes, and the business realities of real estate.
Building on that foundation, Shaina established her own practice and now serves clients as both a licensed attorney in Nevada and New Mexico and the Managing Broker of Citadel Real Estate. Her dual perspective allows her to approach every transaction with strategic insight, practical problem-solving, and a commitment to protecting her clients’ interests from start to finish.
